Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with KnektLab. It is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the KnektLab website and app.
Use KnektLab for its purpose
KnektLab is for practising and improving how you communicate. Use it for your own practice, or for your team, class or organization on a plan that covers them.

When you practise by voice, speak only for yourself. Do not record other people or include their voices in a session without their knowledge and consent.
Teams, schools and organizations
If you manage a team, class or organization on KnektLab, you are responsible for making sure the people you invite know how their practice data will be visible to you, and for using that visibility fairly and lawfully.
Reporting a problem
If you see something that breaks this policy, or you find a security issue, tell us through our contact page.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. In serious cases, such as illegal activity or a risk to other people or to the service, we may act immediately and may report the matter to the authorities.
